There's nothing I love more than gathering people together and taking good care of them. So when my dear friend Kerrie suggested we create a retreat side by side, it was an immediate, whole-hearted yes.
We've taken over a stunning oceanfront home in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and filled the week with everything we love most: feel-good movement, food that makes you swoon, quiet sunrise stillness, little surprises around every corner, and the kind of belly laughs you only share with brand-new friends. With 50+ years of combined experience between us, this is our invitation to you — put yourself first, breathe in the salt air, and come home to you.

Wake to the sunrise over the Atlantic, wander down your own private walkway to the sand, and spend lazy afternoons drifting between the pool, the hot tubs and the shade of the cabana.

Groove, MELT & Pilates
Break the silence with Groove — get moving with Kerrie on the dance floor — then flow into MELT and Pilates to hydrate your tissue and build a strong, steady core.
Pop-Up Surprises
Keep your eyes open! Each day brings a spontaneous pop-up activity — beach walks, Zentangle, mini workshops and other little delights.
Pool & Beach
Total freedom — float in the pool, stroll the shoreline, book a massage, or explore the Outer Banks.
Feast & Fun
Lively cooking demos, then themed nightly events — All-Request Song Night, Dance Party Night, and a Sound Bath Meditation Night under the stars.

Getting Here
Easier than you'd think
Fly in and out of Norfolk International Airport (ORF). From there it's a scenic 90–120 minute shuttle straight to our front door on the Outer Banks. We'll handle the details — you just bring yourself.

A $500 non-refundable deposit holds your spot. Rates are per guest — sharing a room? Just ask us about options.
Payment schedule
Getting there & logistics
Please schedule your flights to make the 2:00 PM pickup on April 12 and the 9:30 AM departure shuttle on April 16. The shuttle ride is about 90–120 minutes depending on traffic. If you miss the shuttle, a car service to the property will be at your own expense. Airfare and personal expenses are not included.
