The focus will be on, the spine, pelvic floor, diaphragm and intercostal muscles, the hip rotator group, the hip flexor group, the rotator cuff group and the abdominals.
Gain anatomical accuracy: Understand the proportions and relationships between bones and muscles to ensure your model is both beautiful and precise.

TESTIMONIALS
I love the teacher training with Kim V Pilates and would recommend it to anyone!! Okay, full disclosure, I’ve been doing Pilates with Kim V for the last 7 years, and I feel lucky I got an opportunity to go through teacher training with her.
I did the training program in addition to my full-time job and didn’t know what to expect. Kim made it very easy, and I enjoyed it a lot. She got us teaching from the very first day, and it was the biggest scary moment to overcome. Kim provided good feedback, shared good tips and cues, demonstrated, and explained everything very clearly. I also like the additional workshops Kim included in the program, like MELT, Pre-Post Natal, CPR, and Anatomy in Clay.
I feel confident coming out of this training program that I have a good foundation, necessary knowledge, and skills to continue my Pilates teaching and advance my own Pilates practice.
Thank you, Kim!
